AGi Mission Support Systems, Inc, has partnered with Immediate System Resources, Inc. and  Bridgeway System Solutions to enhance our capabilities in the IT arena,  particularly in the areas of Call Center and Helpdesk supports, management and operations. 

ISRI has demonstrated over thirty years experience with progressively more responsible and outstanding performance on numerous contracts, both government and commercial, managing and operating call centers for :

 

  • The US Department of Defense, Military Traffic Management Command, Arlington, VA, handling over three thousand calls daily, for support of domestic shipments for the Army, Navy, and Air Force.

 

  • Principle HealthCare’s member organization of 18 HMO’s nationally, handling over 1000 calls daily for resolution of patient and member problems, as well as emergency software problem resolution.

 

  • The US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Call Center Support for SFIOD from ISRI’s Onsite call center and helpdesk.  ISRI has a VPN to HUD HQ, a T1 line, and is able to provide Interactive Voice Response, and a fully staffed help desk and call center.

     

ISRI has been rated ‘5’ by HUD in all categories for the last six years. 

Bridgeway Systems Solutions, a minority-owned SDB,  has demonstrated over seven years of outstanding government contracting performance managing and operating call centers and helpdesks, in the areas of MIP refunds; Image Processing, Evaluation, and Verification; Research and Imaging, and Call Center Support and Operation.
